Lastly, as our shoot is on Monday, my group and I are effectively and productively double checking all our elements, arrangements and responsibilities. For instance, we have firstly viewed our previous created plans and our earlier arrangements for who’s sourcing each prop or costume. For instance, referring back to our props and costumes check list, I understand I am providing the lollipops, bubble gum and bubbles; but I am also providing most of the clothes for our cast. Therefore, tomorrow I will travel to a store and purchase the relevant items needed. Similarly, I will prepare and gather all the costumes needed as details for our music video our crucial at this final, preparation stage.
In addition to this, we understand and our conscious of confirming and checking everything’s under control. For example, as the school provided roller skates, paint and the sledgehammer, we wanted to prepare and verify everything was in place, ready to go for Monday. Luckily, our paint arrived and the school gave us numerous amounts of blue paint pots. Similarly, the two roller skates needed are ready to go and lastly the sledgehammer has been prepared. Lastly, in time for shoot day, Harvey is purchasing cans of spray paint and providing them on Monday.
In preparation for our cast, we have informed them the specific
makeup, jewellery and extra details needed for our shoot. For instance, instructing
each girl to bring specific makeup allocated for them. Furthermore, I will make
sure to bring hair bobbles, hair spray, makeup wipes and hair pins in case
these are of need. Our cast now knows all the relevant information and are
fully prepared for shoot day on Monday. However, if there are any further
updates regarding details for our video, we will clearly and rapidly notify our
cast.
