Pre-Production: Developing our idea

Our group work today fell to a lesson of importance as we added additional aspects to the formation of our girls. For instance, as a group we listened to our song and effectively discussed achievable actions our casted girls could potentially be doing. For example, we imaginatively wrote down possible and realistic activities within the house. We wanted their movements to consist of peculiar and strange things in order for their actions and positions to fit within our genre ‘Indie Pop.’ We also felt it was necessary to match visuals within our music video, for example, their use of eccentric and vibrant costumes. We are also drawn to focusing on our music video outlining aesthetically pleasing aspects, successfully engaging movement and visually communicated images.
