Post-Production: Choosing songs for CD Digipak

As we are constantly developing, altering and improving our products to achieve the best possible final outcomes, we are at the stage of finalising specific and crucial details. As this is a team effort and group work, we are constantly asking each other queries, questions and opinions regarding our products as well as being open to possible suggestions.

For example, the Digipak is increasingly refining its elements and we are at the stage of choosing the names of the songs for our artist, SIOUX. We all discussed many different possible titles, however after some time came to a decision of 11 effective songs. This was an enjoyable process as it allowed our creative mind to flow as well as reliving our products are coming to a close due to making final choices. For the choice of our songs, we made the decision to include five of Bishop Briggs original songs. As well as this, we also included songs which have inspired us along our journey, such as MØ’s song ‘Walk This Way’ and also Offbloom’s ‘Love to Hate it.’ This gave us motivation to create four of our own, considering SIOUX’s genre, indie-pop at all times.
