Throughout
a long process of editing and working hard to achieve the best results for our
music video, Harvey completed his last session of editing our video. This
session fell to a few hours of relief as well as stress as he wanted the video
to come to a successful close.
Similar
to this, we showed our focus group a rough draft of our edited music video
which gained many positive comments as well as impressive responses and feedback.
Due to this, Harvey completed a minority of changes, finalised a few aspects and
lastly cleaned the cut for our video, for instance, altering the length of
shots and also cutting away some aspects of footage. As well as this, the last
thing the video needed was to be colour coded, similar to our inspiration from MØ’s ‘Walk This Way’ video and also for our video to be framed.

The
last to final step was framing the video. For instance, we wanted our video to
look professional and advanced, therefore we were very fond of including a filmic,
black border around our product. Therefore, as a group, we lastly wanted to
colour code out video as this was important and crucial to finalising our
footage. For example, Harvey took control and despite the long process, he
individually corrected every single shot to make it cooler and more crisp. We initially
wanted to do this as we were all very impressed and inspired by the colour
coding in MØ’s ‘Walk This Way’ video.
This our final video edited.
